Ponce Inlet to Mosquito Lagoon by boat

Depart from Ponce Inlet: Begin your journey from a suitable boat ramp or marina in Ponce Inlet, such as the Ponce de Leon Inlet Marina or the Lighthouse Boat Ramp. Make sure your boat is fueled, equipped, and in good working condition.
